Helping test!!! We on the Jellyfin for Roku team have been begging peeps to help test code changes and releases before they are published for years. We get oh so little response, so it mostly ends up the two of us test each others changes on our 2 or 3 devices and if it works, it goes out.

We’re begging for testers. I’m sure other projects are as well.

I was a bad student, but a great standardized test taker.

I placed into advanced classes, but had zero interest in learning or studying.

Once I hit high school I was done for.

Geometry, Calculus, etc. I could never wrap my head around why I would ever need to know any of it in my daily life, nor could I envision the practical application of any of it.

So I would zone out or sleep.

Now, trying to help my daughters with their math, it might as well be hieroglyphics.
