"Until this hour, no news has been issued stating that the Acting Public Prosecutor, Judge Ahmad Rami Al-Hajj, has initiated a public prosecution against the Zionist-leaning Antoun Sehnaoui.

The end of the day without taking any judicial step will leave a (false) impression among public opinion that the Public Prosecutor is a partner in Sehnaoui’s project to ‘Zionize’ Lebanon (God forbid). Many will believe (erroneously) that the Public Prosecutor is subject to the orders of the US Embassy, the Saudi Embassy, Joseph Aoun, and Nawaf Salam, all of whom are patrons of Sehnaoui in his project to ‘Zionize’ Lebanon.

Some might say, falsely and slanderously, that the aforementioned judge is subservient to the financial authority represented by Sehnaoui.

May the Acting Public Prosecutor perform his legal duties without any delay today. Among the side benefits of performing one’s duty on time is dispelling false impressions. As for evading legal and national duty, it turns false impressions into facts in the eyes of the public. Public opinion shows no mercy, Mr. Rami. History shows no mercy either."
