Dozens of senior psychiatrists have permanently relocated to nations like the UK, Canada, and New Zealand, leaving public clinics completely understaffed with an impossible ratio of up to 770 patients per social worker.

Senior Israeli security officials met on Tuesday to discuss the possibility of expelling Palestinians from the Gaza Strip, despite a consistent track record of failed attempts to advance the policy. According to Haaretz, National Security Council chief Shmuel Ben Ezra convened the urgent meeting with representatives from the Israeli army, Shin Bet, and Mossad to address what Israel terms “encouraging voluntary emigration.”

During the session, Mossad representatives reportedly admitted they have failed to identify a single country willing to accept displaced Palestinians from Gaza. Military officials expressed surprise at the sudden urgency of the discussion, noting that the issue has been raised repeatedly in the past without progress.

A security source told Haaretz that the renewed push could potentially be part of a “compensation” package delivered to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu by US President Donald Trump following a US-Iran agreement. Therefore, considering the continuation of ceasefire breaches by the Zionist regime in Lebanon, and the failure to withdraw from the occupied territories, the opening of the Strait of Hormuz is contrary to the obligations of the officials and is considered a major strategic mistake, and will only embolden the enemy to continue its breach of the agreement.

4. We remind you again that according to the obligatory guidance of the Supreme Leader, the country’s nuclear rights should not be discussed nor disputed, and should be completely excluded from the negotiations.

5. Establishing management over the Strait of Hormuz, receiving compensation for war damages, the release of frozen assets, lifting all sanctions, and the withdrawal of U.S. forces from the region are inviolable demands of the Supreme Leader and the people, and they must be pursued. Any negligence in this regard will be met with a fierce reaction of the nation.

6. Officials should avoid any statements that cause the enemy to become more arrogant and makes the country appear weak and helpless. Especially since the resistance of our self-sacrificing warriors has driven the arrogant America to despair, no statements should be made that suggests the country’s weakness or helplessness.

7. Everyone, especially the esteemed government officials, knows that in the system of Wilayat Al-Faqih (Guardianship of the Jurist), the opinion and perspective of the Leader is the final word, and when informed of his definitive opinion, no official can or should act contrary to his opinion.

8. Based on all evidence, the enemy is merely seeking an opportunity to deploy additional forces and buy time for some matters, including the upcoming Midterm elections. After that, there will be a high probability of a new attack, and the issues raised in the MoU should be resolved within the stipulated 30-day and 60-day deadlines.

9. We ask the dear nation to continue their steadfast presence on the streets, and while preserving sacred unity and avoiding any action that disrupts this unity, they should not pay attention to the divisive words of some ignorant people who seek to limit this divine mission. The presence of the people is essential and decisive as long as the Supreme Leader deems it necessary.

10. The Asssembly of Experts, as humble servants and part of the people, will remain with the esteemed Leadership and the entire nation, while wishing success to the respected government officials, awaiting the fulfillment of the conditions and promises, and will fulfill their religious duty when necessary.

IRGC Quds Force commander Esmail Qaani warned Israel to withdraw from all of Lebanon, saying those who had fought Israel “with the spirit of Ashura and the faith of Imam Hussein” continue to hold the belief that “Every day is Ashura, and every land is Karbala.”

Addressing Israelis, Qaani said: “You must leave all of Lebanon, because this land is a field of steadfastness and resistance, not a playground for occupiers.”

He warned that if Israel does not withdraw voluntarily today, it “will be forced to flee tomorrow in humiliation and defeat.” Qaani also urged Israelis not to forget Israel’s 2000 withdrawal from south Lebanon or the late Hassan Nasrallah’s “historic testament” in Bint Jbeil, saying, “That promise is still alive, and there is no doubt that the same scene will be repeated.”

In his speech marking the Islamic New Year, Ansarallah leader Abdul-Malik al-Houthi hinted at military action to end what he described as “the blockade, aggression, and occupation,” warning that his group’s patience has nearly run out.

Al-Houthi’s rhetoric against Saudi Arabia and the Yemeni government has escalated, coinciding with the US-Iranian agreement following the 120-day war in which Tehran supported them. This agreement has been presented by the group as a “victory” over Washington.

Yemeni media outlets are promoting that their leader’s statement constitutes a “final warning” to the Saudi regime, vowing that the next phase will move the battle directly to the Kingdom’s “economic depth” by targeting its vital interests in the Red Sea and Bab el-Mandeb to impose the group’s conditions and end the coalition’s operations.

The group is describing “great victories” in the Red Sea and claims possession of “hypersonic” missiles as a strategic weapon, while hinting at presenting “new surprises” in confronting Saudi Arabia. YouTube

Al-Houthi also warned Somaliland of potential action, citing Israeli military presence in the separatist region and signaling Ansarullah’s willingness to project force across the region.

This escalation in rhetoric coincides with revival of negotiations between Ansarallah and the Yemeni government in Muscat under UN auspices, suggesting the hint at escalation is an attempt to pressure Saudi Arabia to return to understandings reached prior to October 7, which included a draft agreement comprising three phases ending in a political solution.
