It depends on their position but every political position in Iran is replaceable by some measure. I’d argue that it would take mass demonstrations though, as it has before.

I sorta see a small scale cultural revolution potentially happening in Iran, where the Supreme Leader supports a highly mobilized section of the masses against reformist and moderate principalists.
