I’m working on this, though i usually say - I’d rather get bitched at for doing it wrong than for not doing it. At my job it’s to emphasize the stupidity of the task and the lack of training on a shitty system.

    Stop checking the news.

Grab a book before sleeping rather than your phone.

It’s not a problem if it takes you 12 tries and you still haven’t gotten it, do it a 13th. If I don’t do something perfect on the 1st or 2nd try I’ll most likely never do it again.

Ohh that was a good one. best one I think.

Same as having a good backup strategy but didn’t try to restore once.

Try to hit the gym at least 3 times a day week. Daily if you can, even if it just means a light “spa” day.

I will give men advice on how to be more attractive to women but i dont use that advice because i only like men lol. Not that im like the women whisperer i just find straight men to be… misguided i guess is the best word. They project their own wants onto women and dont consider hey maybe she doesnt want the same things you do in a partner.

“If you can’t truly be a good, supportive, platonic friend to her with no secret ulterior motive, maybe you don’t deserve her. Maybe you need to take a look at not only how you treat women, but how you think about them.”

Most straight men have a lot of patriarchal shit they need to work out within themselves that contribute to them being bad partners.
