I’m more pessimistic about the idea. Life simulation can include anything and everything, which means making an API will be difficult.
Just my two cents. Wishing you the best

Anyone have good alternatives to Google Sheets? I don’t even care about the social features. I gave LibreOffice Calc a shot and it was super frustrating. Seems like maybe CryptPad is my best bet as far as open source goes?
Could you specify what you mean?
My criticism is more than you selecting a provider, not paying for it, know what the problem is then complain it’s not what you need despite knowing it in advance.
I was a paying customer. I was not aware of this functionality being paid. If I had been aware, I wouldn’t have used Proton addresses. Now I’m facing the consequences after switching. Others have commented being in the same position,

If you think I care, you’re wrong. The point of this post is to remind and inform, not argue over technical definitions. If it helps one person then it’s served its purpose
I have Proton Mail addresses using my domain.
Those are your addresses then not Proton’s. Hence why switching is easy and is irrelevant to my complaint which is specific to the domains listed
Wikipedia says…
In economics, vendor lock-in, also known as proprietary lock-in or customer lock-in, makes a customer dependent on a vendor for products, unable to use another vendor without substantial switching costs.
If I want to switch away I have to pay every month in perpetuity to deliver emails to my new provider. In other words, I’ll always have to be a customer
10 still has over 50% market share (source)
Heh yeah same. Totally
Good reminder of this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U0YW7x9U5TQ
Ukraine losing would be terrible for Trump. It makes him look weak and bad at foreign policy. Everyone knows that Russia invaded Ukraine unprovoked, and they’ll do it again
What does a “release” mean in this context?
If you don’t want to appear like a bot when applying I recommend doing this yourself like everyone else. The ATS will flag it
They’re can still play a part of the war machine. Being physically within Russia makes it easier for the government to apply pressure for economic and reputational support
Please clap
The way you’re presenting this seems pretty fishy. There’s no way to guarantee an 18% return without an equal dose of risk. Interest on savings accounts are guaranteed, up until they change the rate. So that’s apples to oranges.
If people didn’t do this it would happen faster. Not everyone has the luxury of immediately switching, just like the “move to another state” argument
Software updates have, more than once, changed my settings for things like autopilot without warning, and I’ve only discovered it when driving and turning autopilot on.
I feel like this point can’t be overstated enough. When I need to go somewhere, I shouldn’t need to reorient myself because the car receives software updates all the time. A device that’s constantly changing is inherently unreliable, even if technically it’s improving over time.
How will it be distributed?
This could really use a lightweight web interface. A wall of text with open-ended prompts is going to turn a lot of folks away. Maybe I’ll reach out to the author and see about extending it
