    🇮🇷Member of Iran’s Assembly of Experts, Mohammad Mahdi Mirbaqiri Shahroudi on the latest directive by the Leader of the Revolution Imam Mojtaba Khamenei:

    A revolution has taken place in Iran over the past few days; the coup plotters have been dealt a blow, the full extent of which will soon come to light.

    From now on, orders to the military will be issued directly by the Leader of the community (Imam of the Society); all intermediaries and advisors have been removed.

    The Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) has effectively replaced the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the realm of diplomacy; in this context, the government serves merely as an advisor.

    Matters such as negotiations, ceasefires, and agreements now rest exclusively in the hands of the military forces and the people on the streets, and no one else.

    The future order will be established solely with the nations of the “Unity of Arenas” (the Axis of Resistance).

    Anyone wishing to play a role in the new order of West Asia must join the Axis of Resistance immediately.

    Iran’s response has been defined in an unlimited scope, and the order to execute it has already been issued! Iran’s response has been defined in absolute terms, and this directive has been issued!!

    In other words, all spies, hypocrites, and fools have been completely bypassed, leaving the world in a state of astonishment.

    Following this directive, various nations reached out to Iran, yet the response remained exactly as the Leader of the community had stated:

    Wherever the United States and the Zionists hold interests, those interests will come under fire and no one has the power to alter this issued directive.

      Yeah I think this is a bit overstating it but there does seem to be a consolidation of power under Mojtaba and up from the people on the streets that is very resistance oriented.

        Undeniably, especially due to the popular pressure being exerted by the nightly street parades. However, a lot of this is likely just the natural functions of state after the selection of a new leader after so many years.

        I just think statements like the government and foreign ministry is being sidelined in favor of the SNSC are not reflective of reality.

        The comments about how the military is in sole control of matters of diplomacy, and that the Supreme Leader is no longer using advisors and intermediaries.

        There as definitely been more direct communication between the leader and the military, but I wouldn’t go so far as to say that intermediaries and advisors are no longer a thing. Also, the government still has quite a say on matters of diplomacy, it’s just that the IRGC and military are now exerting more control over the situation due to the war.
