I think they are clearing bases closer to themselves first. It’s wasteful to fire missiles all the way to occupied Palestine if there are 10 radars and air defense systems operating under the flight path. Especialy when the intention is to destroy all those bases too. Also if they can avoid israel flying bombing missions while they deal with the americans they will suffer less damage. Why would you provoke 2 hornets nests when you can remove them one at a time?
