A short write up from a telegram Channel
🇮🇷We brought you news from Iranian commentator Fereshteh Sadeghi about the Iranian President’s desperate canvassing with members of the Assembly of Experts to gain their support for the outrageous “lose-lose” MoU with the US.
Many in Iran believe such moves have been cooked up by the assumed anglophile conspirator former President Hassan Fereydoon (aka Rouhani) and former Foreign Minister Javad Zarif. Ayatollah Nouri-Hamedani released a statement in support of the accord. Ayatollah Shabeiri Zanjani warmly received the Iranian President, however his tone and vote remain unchanged.
The Liberal globalist coup attempt in Iran by the most unpopular government in the history of the Islamic Republic has little chance of success not least because the gang of four Pezeshkian, Ghalibaf, Araghchi and Zarif from behind the scenes, are attempting to dictate an accord on Iran, while refusing to reopen the Parliament. Article 77 of the Iranian Constitution expressly states that all dealings with foreign parties must be approved by an overwhelming majority of Majlis deputies.

Context for why I'm posting this
I just find it very funny how some of these channels just stack buzzwords onto eachother to create a point. Like the general thesis that the Reformist government is already unpopular and losing more popularity is true, but meaningless words like “liberal globalists” are just eyerolling. The dynamics of the Iranian bourgeoisie are not exactly the same as the international bourgeoisie based in the US, as much as I may scorn them. Also, mentioning the “game of four” is kinda funny as well, as I’m pretty sure most of the other members in this channel aren’t aware of what that is referencing. Simurg is the most guilty of these random bouts of largely coherent but still off analysis.
I just wanted to share some of the editorials I sift through when posting here.
“Liberal globalists” does fit the reformists. They are trying to get reconnected to the world economy and are happy to make Iran another capitalist neo-colony as long as they get to take a chunk of the profits.
