I think it’s more likely Trump is full of shit. I don’t think the Arab Monarchs contributed anything to the decision, if it was even a real decision.
Trump is probably just posturing and wasn’t planning anything. We’ve seen this clown make outrageous BS claims throughout the entirety of these couple months.
Or, he’s planning to attack anyways and thinks this will lower Iran’s guard (it won’t).
