Public ownership is the principle aspect of their economy, and as a consequence of that they need to have robust and distributed systems for decisionmaking to keep everything running relatively smoothly.

People who oppose him sometimes appear to die in mysterious ways, and he lives a very lavish lifestyle - not something you’d associate with Marxism.
