A false narrative of exercise being like weight loss currency has been promoted for way too long. When losing weight, it’s “kilos in the kitchen, grams in the gym”. You can lose weight with no exercise just with a caloric deficit. Read “the hackers diet” or “the 4 hour body” for more info.
