I’ve seen AI give some incoherent answers. But I’ve known humans who are even more incoherent

The question was inspired by watching the movie Snow Dogs. There’s a scene where the guy has sled dogs pulling his car down the street in Alaska. I wondered if it would be legal to do that drunk. He didn’t have the vehicle turned on.
