23 days agoPersonal opinion: despite being empty and inactive, these comunities are still some sort of a history. And history is not deleted here unless it is strictly against rules. + I haven’t seen that admins are able to delete accounts or communities here at all, only ban them.
Each instance has its own global set of rules. And then each separate community has its own rules. So if there is no rule 4 in community, then it is rule 4 of the whole instance.
