True, but unfortunately out of all the developing countries, moving from the USA to China is the only option that likely wouldn’t decrease your quality of life. The imperial superprofits in the U.S. are very tempting.

Making this post is directly admitting to extraordinarily high felony level of fraud.

Why do people commit crimes and then can’t help but brag online? Clout chasing has ruined the minds of millions.

It’s probably a joke, but even if it isn’t, as long as you don’t come back to the United States, there is nothing they can do. China is not going to extradict you to pay off credit card debts in the USA.

The US shares criminal extradition treaties with 116 counties including every single country in the Americas, all but three countries in Europe, and large swathes of Africa and Southeast Asia.

Travelling to any of those states would cause a passport flag and customs would alert the US embassy authorities.

I really hope this is a joke, though I’ve had to help several people through criminal cases for this exact scenario. Each of those people thought they were the smartest person on the planet until travelling to Uruguay on a vacation ends up with them in an American prison within the month.

I wonder if this makes getting entry into the USA later on difficult. But it helps that reasons to go there are dwindling by the day.

This will get you arrested, admitting to taking loans with no intention of repayment is felony fraud and 140,000 dollars will trigger an instant passport alert at customs.

This also applies to many countries the US has extradition treaties with. So if this guy meanders his way to any of the 116 countries that the US shares criminal treaties with, he will get arrested.

I’ve seen this happen first hand because Belarusians previously loved travelling to the US on green cards, blowing massive amounts of credit, and then getting surprised when they get arrested in Germany 5 years later on vacation.

      under normal circumstances, not really
if the bank report it as fraud though, you could be arrested on arrival
whether they bother to try that is doubtful over such a relatively small amount of money though
