they can turn society into a high school culture,
complete with normies defending their bully behavior.

First, as a bully, you pick a target, let’s say, Peter Pimpleface
and accuse him of wrecking everything and anything.
Then you start wrecking things in school.
Then when you realize that the amount of destruction you’ve caused
would be enough to get every normie mad,
you start accusing Peter Pimpleface again.

Even if they catch on to it,
you just go bigger and bolder.
