I wish it could be that easy, social democracy is easy to explain and works in a way that isn’t very complex, it’s easy to understand and put in practice which is more than you can say for Marxism (much love to Marx and Engels and Lenin, but it does ANYTHING but appeal to the lowest common denominator), but the unfortunate reality is that these people (good people who strive for equality, no matter how you feel about Soc-Dems) will be voted out eventually and Fascists will be put in their place to make up for the lack of record-breaking quarterly earnings for private companies. As soon as they have their chance, they’ll be much more unfair to the SocDems than the SocDems SHOULD HAVE BEEN to said Fascists.
