Do you think the damage is too big? Like for example will it affect me visibly from now on? I got Omicron and I don’t feel like the cough is going away plus I’m worried I’ll be super stupid now. It’s so depressing.
This may not seem like great advice at first, but if I were you I wouldn’t worry too much about what you can’t change. Take comfort in the fact that you aren’t alone with this matter and I am sure there will be more insight into your problems in the near future.
Also I still have to get covid so maybe I’ll suffer the same fate, who knows.
I hope at least I can still keep practicing martial arts, if I’m too fucked up for that I will cut my anus until I bleed out.
Try and work on getting used to anaerobic work loads for MMA. It is what I have done since a very long time.
