It should be dependent on the sites offering adult material to have an account with a login. All other non-adult sites keep operating as before and kids can peruse freely. If a kid steals a password that’s a kid thing, not a system thing. Nothing is foolproof and people get slapped in the face with shit they don’t want to see all the time.
