Dollar general is always looking for people. It’s a shit job, but I worked there for a couple years back when nobody would hire me. Working somewhere looks better than not working anywhere for 2 years on a resume.

Well, Bazzite exists. And SteamOS can now officially be put on other hardware as well. SteamOS needs a certain kind of SSD though. So I’d look into whether this device has the correct kind before thinking about that. It’s popular enough that surely someone out there has a review of how well it works with SteamOS and/or Bazzite.

I use “Beelink” brand mini PCs for this purpose. (They are the same form factor as your photo.) I have three, and they’re all good. I’ve used multiple distros on them with no compatibility issues, but MX Linux is my daily driver.
They have fans built in, but the cases on the higher end ones are metal, which helps with heat dissipation. The only downside with that is that sometimes USB peripherals get super hot while plugged in, and I had a mouse dongle that would overheat and malfunction. A simple USB hub fixed this problem (the hub itself apparently didn’t mind getting hot).
I use a “Mini Keyboard with touchpad” on the ones connected to TVs. I recommend those as well. Rii brand is decent.

Personally, I was a little disappointed because 99% of the definitions are just one sentence or sentence fragment. I was hoping to find out a little more about the origins of more of the words and maybe a little of the culture behind them.
I had a dream that my cousins and I were having a get-together at my aunt’s house, in the yard. My cousin, John, was the last to arrive and his car fell into a ditch as he was attempting to pull into my aunt’s driveway.
We all ran to his aid. He got out quickly and yelled “I’m okay!”
We all laughed. I said “Wow, this is just like old times! Everyone is here, even (my other cousin) Jane! … wait, Jane is here?”
I look at Jane, and time stops. The color fades from the background, but she is still there in full color, smiling at me. I wake up crying.
Jane (not her real name) died a couple years ago, and I have variations of this dream still.

I’ve had no problems compressing Blu Ray MKVs into MP4s with handbrake (using MX Linux). My drive is a branded, internal one (I want to say LG or Asus.) I am at work right now, by I can look at the model number when I get home if you want. Interestingly, I have actually used it on both German Blu Rays and North American ones.
They’re free, you know? I have 6. Well, one of those is actually paid.
I came here to suggest MX Linux w/XFCE. I use the plasma flavor mostly now but I’ve been using MX as my daily driver for like… 2-3 years now.
