I’m okayish I’m just struggling to get them out of my head. They was there kinda during my fathers decline in health (he had cancer and got given less than a month a two to live) but at the same time they just treated me like shit too and along with me being in a bad place mentally because of my father I just couldn’t handle it.

Two things pushed me over the edge. The day my father died I called her to tell her and she said she’s sorry to hear the news and all that, but later the same day she messaged me “guess you’re not going to see me today” she basically made me drive two hours after I watched my dad die in front of me to go and see her. Then when she got told she can’t go to the funeral she cried and then played the victim card saying I was upsetting her and not acknowledging that fact.

Yeah, for me it was more the narcissistic behaviour, the type of behaviour that was manipulating and made you feel like shit all the time, and thing is I had to break up with them the same week my father died

This helped, I think most people might find it hard to recover from these things. Me being one of them

If you don’t mind me asking what helped you the most in moving on?

Yeah the good parts is what make it hard to get over such events. But I believe ending the relationship was the best thing to do.

On a different note I wonder what the crab thinks when some massive robot comes floating down and then shines a light on it.

One I had last night, it started off with me having a nice evening and then getting home and then going to sleep, now I heard a noise and it woke me from my sleep and I saw something stood in my doorway to my room, but then I heard raspy breathing as if someone was getting strangled, that’s when I looked up and saw something so tall that it had to duck for the ceiling and it was leaning right over me looking down with its mouth slightly open, I tried screaming put I was paralysed and I still noticed something watching me from the doorway along with this thing leaning over me. that’s when I finally managed to scream , but that’s when I also realised that I was awake for real and not in my nightmare anymore.

I agree that Apple, while not entirely private, is still a decent choice compared to Android. They both have their flaws though.

I suppose the legal part could stand, if they share or dispose of your Resume in an inappropriate manner in the EU or uk you could pull up GDPR or DPA and claim your information wasn’t protected

For cloud backups of photos instead of iCloud you could use Ente photos which is end to end encrypted and securely stores your photos on 3 different servers so that in the event one doesn’t work or malfunctions your photos are still safe

I appreciate it and we own the house, so we had to explain it directly to the person who fitted the bathroom with the shower and what not, they understood the situation and they cleared it up for free but we decided to not have another glass pane fitted and instead use a shower curtain
