Well, that’ll be another 100€ December donation to GrapheneOS.
Just some dude from central Europe. 🇸🇰
Happily spreading pro-EEA and pro-Slovak propaganda material.
The name is a literal translation of my name Matúš.

Try OpenRC. It’s pretty simple.

Just get a Pixel and install GrapheneOS on it.
Requires you to use a phone number, your phone app needs to be online 24/7 to be connected, and hosted in a questionable jurisdiction with questionable human rights. Try Matrix. It’s selfhostable, doesn’t need a phone number to sign up and the foundation is British, which while this country from what I know has gone down the water, they still have some niceities from time they were in the EU, like GDPR.

Is it just me using Brave or the site also shows you crypto prices for no apparent reason?
GrapheneOS allows you to disable it. I just charge mine wirelessly, though if the charger supports MagSafe, then you’ll need to buy a MagSafe case for your Pixel, since built-in magnets are waaay too weak.

No, don’t do that. Some browsers check if your timezone is in check and if not then they refuse to load HTTPS webpages.

Cheers mate. I’m running GrapheneOS on my Pixel 9a.

I use it because it works for me.
Just set up Do Not Disturb and you’re good to go.

Just use Fedora.

Thank god I’m not British.

Good luck with that in the EU. Try to bypass eCall and your car won’t score 5 stars on the Euro NCAP scale.

We have eCall in the EU so that lads from Brussels can spy on us in our cars.

Just buy a Pixel and install GrapheneOS on it.

Well, time to dump Discord after I finish school.

The same as Discord (IRC with a fancy GUI) but with the fact your data is unconsentionally sent to an intelligence agency for analysis.

Fractal is not multiplatform (i.e. isn’t available on Android and on iOS) and Matrix can be confusing to people not already familiar with it.
And no, a wall of text explaining what Matrix is won’t help since most of Discord’s users are teenagers with a very short attention span that don’t read much (unless they’re forced to by school).
Just add a vertical video with Minecraft parkour or with CS surf on the bottom and a half naked woman from a freelance platform explaining what it is.
There are also Element and SchildiChat as alternative clients.
Me reading this on Pixel 9a running GrapheneOS:
