Usually it’s user behaviour that needs to change, not picking the ‘special’ software. A libre base is all you need and there’s a few. The “most” secure browser won’t help you retain privacy from Facebook when you use it to chat to friends on… Facebook. These sorts of questions drift into nonsense and pointlessness. X, Y and the rest of the alphabet all could all be of use to you. What do you actually want to do? The most secure browser is offline and doesn’t load anything. Now what? How’s that going to help you? If you take this community’s name to actually mean anything than the correct answers exclude Google’s chromium. There. You have another answer: anything that’s not Google-chromium. Now what? Using ungoogled-chromium downstream when the upstream is controlled by Google is indefensible if the objective is to regain ‘control’ from Google by DeGoogling yourself.
