He spoke at the SCO summit which took place virtually under Indian PM Narendra Modi’s leadership.

    Out of curiosity, how do those who dispute what Putin is saying here explain multipolarisation? It would be silly to say the war would have no detrimental effects. But that doesn’t mean there aren’t any benefits for Russia… how does this factor into your assessment of the situation?
