I know the intended meaning but…
Just because you control the skies doesn’t mean you can’t let some missiles through. Technically speaking, they aren’t mutually exclusive. You can also choose not to let missiles through, if you control the skies.
I have a gut feeling Israel is not letting any missiles through on purpose
