I don’t need FF sync so is there any option available in about:config of mull(android) to disable it like tor browser.

Yes, this worked for me. 🙂
It is false by default. Also making true do not work.
So it worked for someone else but not you, wonder of it’s the specific browser. Or something else is overriding it. No idea, good luck.
