It was unilaterally declared by my grandmother sometime when I was small. NATO has yet to issue an injunction so I believe the ruling stands, under international law.
This sounds legit to me and I’m an expert, because I too have a grandmother
not smart and not handsome, sadly. i’m definitely somewhat average in both camps.
