That said, what my noob brain sees:
- it attacks white’s c pawn
- it activates black’s queen
- it prevents Qh4+, allowing black to castle
This move only makes sense in the context of their next planned move. Clearly, they’re going to move d8-d7, going with the King on a Horsey strategy.
You see, changing your name to ‘Aron’ with one A removes the infamous “A-Aron opening”.
Not when theres only one aron it doesnt
When the king gets to spend time with his horses, it keeps his suicidal thoughts at bay, keeping black in the game longer. Remember poker? No horses, and a suicide king. Not a coincidence.
