Why not just ignore the stick and go conquer the land that the stick came from? Put houses, trains, and farms on the land and civilize the place?
In stick’s homeland, there are many sticks.
rich in resources? perfect.
Because US just conquer the place. They do not train, farm and civilize. And the stick isn’t made of oil.
