It’s been available on Steam for about a month, but dropped on the eShop just recently.

Yeah, but is it good?
All the user reviews on Steam are positive, but there’s only 10 reviews total so take it with a grain of salt. ShmupDB recommends it, too, which I think is a good sign. Haven’t bought it myself yet, and my backlog is ridiculous at the moment anyway, but I’ve wishlisted it. Sorry I can’t give you a definitive answer.
