The Eugene Police Department (EPD) is seeking tips from the public regarding a pedestrian-vehicle hit and run that happened on Wednesday, October 18, on W. 11th

Probably a long shot, but I’ll bet the victim would appreciate it if any witnesses came forward. From the article:

EPD asks anyone who may have tips regarding this incident to contact Officer Natalie Drago, Ndrago@eugene-or.gov. Case 23-15722.
